These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and participation in events organized under the brand X-Gheona, operated by DK RETAIL SERVICES (GSTIN: 33KPBPK8157L1ZD)

1. Brand & Legal Entity

“X-Gheona” is a brand of DK RETAIL SERVICES. Payments processed via Razorpay will appear as DK RETAIL SERVICES on your bank or card statement.

1. Ticket Policy

• Each ticket grants entry to one individual only and is valid solely for the person named on the ticket.
• Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented in either printed or digital form at the entry gate.
• Each ticket is valid exclusively for the designated category (Silver / Gold / Platinum) as purchased and cannot be upgraded or downgraded at the venue under any circumstances.

2. No Refund or Cancellation Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or ticket exchanges will be entertained under any circumstances.
• This policy applies regardless of changes to the event line-up, performance timings, or personal reasons preventing attendance, including illness, travel delays, or scheduling conflicts.

3. Event Postponement / Rescheduling

• In the event of postponement due to unavoidable circumstances — including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, artist unavailability, government-imposed restrictions, technical failures, or public safety concerns — the event will be rescheduled to a future date.
• Tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid and honored for the rescheduled event.
• No refunds will be issued in the case of postponement or rescheduling.

4. Line-Up and Schedule Changes

• The event line-up, schedule, and artist roster are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
• Any changes, including artist cancellations or substitutions, shall not be considered valid grounds for ticket refunds or exchanges.
• The organizers reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to event timing, performer list, or venue without prior notice.

5. Age Restrictions

• Entry will be permitted only to individuals aged 13 years and above.
• Attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian with a valid ticket.

6. VIP Ticket Holders

• VIP or Platinum ticket holders will be entitled to exclusive access zones, priority entry, and complimentary buffet refreshments.
• Access to VIP-designated areas will be strictly monitored. Any misuse, including unauthorized sharing or entry with non-VIP attendees, will result in immediate cancellation of the ticket without refund.

7. Health, Safety, and Conduct

• Security checks will be conducted for all attendees at the entrance. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone deemed unfit, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or engaging in disorderly conduct.
• The organizers also reserve the right to remove any person from the venue who is causing disruption, engaging in unsafe behavior, or violating event safety guidelines.
• The following are strictly prohibited inside the venue: outside food and beverages, glass bottles, sharp objects, illegal substances, and any form of weapon.

8. Weather and Technical Issues

• The event will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine, unless weather conditions pose a direct risk to attendee safety.
• Minor delays, interruptions, or technical difficulties during the event shall not be considered valid grounds for refunds or ticket exchanges.

9. Photography and Media

• By attending the event, all attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and such media may be used by the organizers for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes without compensation.
• Personal photography and videography are allowed unless explicitly restricted in certain zones by the organizers.

10. Ticket Resale and Duplication

• Tickets must be purchased only through the official ticketing partners or authorized channels.
• Any resale, duplication, or purchase from unauthorized sources will result in denial of entry, and the organizers shall bear no responsibility for fraudulent or invalid tickets.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• All attendees enter the venue and participate in the event at their own risk.
• The organizers will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that may occur during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings, as no locker or storage facilities will be provided.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
• Any disputes arising in relation to the event shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Summary

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
• Tickets remain valid if the event is postponed and will be honored on the rescheduled date.
• Changes in the line-up, timing, or venue do not qualify for a refund.
• All attendees are expected to follow event rules, cooperate with security personnel, and maintain responsible behavior throughout the event.
